Motum AB acquires ALT Heis AS, a leading player in the Norwegian elevator market

Motum AB has acquired ALT Heis AS, a prominent player in the Norwegian elevator market. This strategic acquisition aims to further strengthen Motum’s position and service offering in the Norwegian market.

ALT Heis AS, founded in 2019, is a locally owned Norwegian elevator company with a strong focus on expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and personal customer relationships. The name ”ALT Heis” reflects the company’s broad scope, meaning that they handle everything related to elevators. With the Knutsen family’s involvement in the elevator industry since 1973, the company brings over 50 years of experience to its operations. They offer services including installation of new elevators, modernization of existing ones, as well as ongoing maintenance and service. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has made them a leading player in the industry.
