With our Code of Conduct, we are guided in our work to create a responsible and long-term sustainable business, characterised by sustainability.

The Code of Conduct clarifies for our employees how we should act as a business partner, employer, employee, and social actor. It is based on our core values and provides guidance on how our employees should act and make the right decisions in their daily work.

Within Motum and our subsidiaries, we strive to build a responsible and long-term sustainable business where sustainability permeates every part of the organisation. Motum’s Code of Conduct sets out for all employees how we should act as a business partner, employer, employee, and social actor.

By sustainable business and development, we mean that Motum offers services and products that meet today’s needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own. Sustainability is a key principle at Motum, and we place great importance on ensuring that our solutions are good for both people and the environment.

The Code of Conduct sets out the principles we should all strive to follow and provides practical guidance in our daily actions and business decisions—both internally for Motum employees and externally in communication and collaboration with customers and other stakeholders.

Motum recognises the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact* and works to promote them in the communities and environments in which the group operates. The Code of Conduct is based on these principles. Respect for and protection of the environment, human rights, labour rights, and sound business ethics must be integrated into all business decisions.
